Hi, I'm Anita. With qualifications as a UK Sport & Remedial Massage Therapist and USA Fascial Stretch Specialist, I thrive on discussions around performance and recovery. My MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Staffordshire University fuels a particular interest in neurodiversity in sport. I'm driven by a lifelong curiosity to understand success and unlock individual potential physically and mentally.
